We keep our quality process simple and transparent: clear specifications, consistent grading, and testing you can request before you commit.
How we manage quality
Step 1
Sourcing
We buy from selected growing regions and record the origin, harvest window and lot for every product.
Step 2
Cleaning & grading
Material is cleaned, de-stoned and graded to the specification published on each product page.
Step 3
Quality checks
Moisture, purity and admixture are checked against spec. Residue and other analyses are arranged on request.
Step 4
Packing & dispatch
Packed in the agreed format — PP, jute or big bag — and prepared for container loading with the required documents.
Certification status
Honest, current status. Zestora's organic certifications are under process. We do not claim a certification until it is issued. Where a product is certified, its status and certificate appear on the product page — otherwise the status is shown as “in progress / available on request”.
